We are looking for a Digital Marketer with experience in real estate marketing to help grow and promote our business across Facebook and YouTube.

The primary focus will be on strategically promoting video content, reaching the right audience, increasing page visibility, and generating quality leads. The ideal candidate should also have a good understanding of content planning for real estate businesses and be able to suggest what type of content can perform well with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Facebook and YouTube.
2. Plan and manage paid campaigns to promote real estate video content.
3. Identify and target relevant audiences based on location, interests, demographics, and buyer intent.
4. Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, video views, inquiries, and leads.
5. Develop a practical content plan/calendar for the real estate business.
6. Suggest video topics, content formats, hooks, and promotional ideas suitable for the target audience.
7. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular insights and recommendations.
8. Keep up with current Facebook and YouTube trends, advertising practices, and real estate marketing strategies.
9. Work closely with the client to understand their projects, properties, target buyers, and marketing goals.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in Digital Marketing, particularly Facebook Ads and YouTube promotion.
2. Previous experience working with real estate businesses will be highly preferred.
3. Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
4. Experience in promoting video content through paid campaigns.
5. Strong understanding of content planning and social media strategy.
6. Ability to identify content opportunities based on market trends and audience behavior.
7. Strong analytical and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and provide strategic recommendations, not just execute instructions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Communicate professionally with international clients through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms
2. Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations
3. Share vehicle stock lists and conduct regular customer follow-ups
4. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
5. Provide professional after-sales support
6. Assist with digital marketing, promotional activities, and sales campaigns
7. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
8. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking candidates who have:

1. Bachelor’s degree (BBA/Marketing preferred)
2. 0–1 year of experience — fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
3. Excellent spoken and written English
4. Good computer skills, including MS Office, Email, Internet & Google Workspace
5. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
6. Confidence in communicating with international clients from different cultures
7. A self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
8. Strong customer follow-up and relationship-building skills
9. Willingness to learn international trade, vehicle products, and global market trends
10. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
11. Positive attitude, integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
12. Genuine interest in building a long-term career in international sales and marketing

Added Advantage: Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, CRM systems, or AI tools will be an advantage.
